Softcom web solutions was established in 2000 to serve the website needs of small to medium businesses in the Hawkesbury region, in Sydney and around Australia.

John, as founder of Softcom Web Solutions, has a strong background in web technologies, as a tertiary level teacher of Website Design for several years. He also teaches courses in e-business for business owners. With a degree in Psychology, John also understands the critical factors that determine web-user behaviour, Internet marketing principles and successful branding and communication and the application of this to the Internet and the world wide web. This translates to successful online marketing solutions for your business.

John has been a regular contributor to Australian Internet.au magazine, and has also written technical articles on Web Programming and Web Design for Australian PCAuthority Magazine, and for Slashdot.org. John has also tutored in Information Systems for the School of Management at the University of Western Sydney.

Jenny, as an experienced Graphic Designer, with several years of experience working for established Sydney design agencies, provides creative inspiration and design direction for Softcom Web Solutions.

Caroline provides PHP programming expertise for Softcom Web and also has significant experience and talent in e-commerce site development and programming. Caroline has studied marketing and has a Certificate in Website Design.

Janelle provides graphic design expertise including logo design, branding, promotional and and all print design services. Janelle also runs the graphic design agency Picture This... Graphics.

Jessica provides excellent website design talent and expertise including programming, scripting, Flash® mulitmedia and site management skills. Jessica has a Diploma in Website Development.

Jason provides high-level Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) skills for Softcom Web Solutions, and is currently completing the Profssional Search Engine Marketers Certificate Course (PSEM). Jason has excellent project management and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and is capably the best person to ensure that your website will rank well in the "natural" search results in Google and other major search engines.
