Sophie's other interests include writing (trying to write a travel journal with recipes from her grandparents’ travels in Burma, Thailand, India and Ceylon, when it wasn’t Sri Lanka!), publishing, photography, books, magazines and the visual arts (a volunteer at the Hawkesbury Regional Gallery) and has an interest in website content writing.
